Highland Community Center is a trusted provider of recreation services and programs for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities. Bellevue's Adaptive Recreation Program provides people with disabilities with opportunities for recreation, socialization and learning so they can participate more successfully in the life of our community. People living with disabilities are encouraged to participate in any of the recreation division programs in which they are interested.

Volunteers are an important part of Highland Community Center. If you are interested in being a volunteer, contact Mary Boyle at 425-452-7686 or by email.
