For people who want to give back to their community, the city offers dozens of opportunities to volunteer. There are needs in multiple departments, including Parks & Community Services, Police, Fire, Utilities and Community Development. Our volunteer opportunities are sorted into Civic Engagement, Environmental Stewardship and Recreation.

If you are also interested in volunteer opportunities with local nonprofit organizations, alumni from the Bellevue Essentials program have created a volunteer guide.
